Measuring 12ft x 35ft, this spacious three bedroom holiday home sleeps up to eight people, making it a brilliant choice for family holidays, weekends away and school breaks. It’s also a fantastic option if you’re looking to let your holiday home out when you’re not using it yourself.

The Trieste has recently had brand new carpets fitted throughout and benefits from double glazing and central heating, so you can make the most of Trevella’s fantastic 12 month season.

Step inside and you’ll find a bright, welcoming living area with large windows allowing plenty of natural light to flood in. The full wraparound sofa provides loads of seating for the whole family and also converts into an additional bed when needed. There’s space for your TV along with plenty of useful storage.

The kitchen is really practical for family holidays, with lots of worktop and cupboard space, a gas hob, oven and grill, extractor fan, integrated microwave and full size integrated fridge freezer. There’s also a comfortable booth style dining area with a freestanding table, perfect for breakfast before heading out for the day or sitting down together in the evening.

A dividing door leads through to the hallway and sleeping accommodation. There’s a family shower room with shower, toilet and wash basin, plus the added convenience of a separate second toilet and basin, always handy when you have a full house!

There are two twin bedrooms, both with two single beds and wardrobe storage, with additional drawer space in one. Ideal for children, friends or visiting family.

The master bedroom offers a double bed, bedside cabinets, a good sized wardrobe and dressing table area, giving you plenty of space to settle in and make it your own.

Enjoy a 12 month season and your own Cornish escape whenever you fancy it. With beautiful Crantock Beach and the Gannel Estuary close by, Trevella is a wonderful base for family holidays, coastal walks and making memories year after year.
